What is the School of Herring?

We are all fish of essentially the same size and looks. Some swim in the front, others in the rear. A common vision and common values keep the fish together. When the whole school of fish moves in formation, the group is powerful, effective and protected. Every fish is needed; but no fish is irreplaceable.
